Doug has served as CEO of Spectralink since March 2016. Since joining, he has played an important role in transforming the culture of the organization, emphasizing the company’s core values of collaboration and innovation, creating a positive working environment by focusing on Spectralink’s people as the foundation for success, and reinvigorating our portfolio of new solutions. He has over 34 years of experience working with a variety of mid-size companies in numerous industries including technology and manufacturing. He brings a strong foundation in performance improvement, culture development and private equity experience. Previously, he was group COO with a top tier private equity firm, Sun Capital Partners, and prior to that, he was Managing Director with a top tier management consulting business, AlixPartners.
