Bill Reid

Bill brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in product management, technology, engineering, and go-to-market strategy, with deep expertise in healthcare technology, clinical mobility, and enterprise innovation. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product at Mobile Heartbeat, where he gained valuable insight into the evolving communication, collaboration, and technology needs of healthcare organizations.

Prior to Mobile Heartbeat, Bill held senior leadership positions at CVS Health/Aetna and Dell EMC, where he led enterprise platform and hybrid cloud strategies. During his tenure at Dell EMC, he was recognized as a Distinguished Engineer for his technical expertise and contributions to innovation.

At Spectralink, Bill brings a powerful combination of healthcare industry knowledge, product innovation, and strategic technology leadership to accelerate the company’s product vision and competitive differentiation. His understanding of clinical workflows, frontline communication challenges, and enterprise technology will be instrumental in advancing Spectralink’s clinical mobility strategy, strengthening its position in healthcare, and developing solutions that help organizations improve communication, operational efficiency, and patient care. By connecting customer needs with product strategy and market opportunities, Bill will play a critical role in shaping Spectralink’s innovation roadmap and delivering the next generation of mobility solutions for the Hospital of the Future.

Bill holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
